Review of "Baby Girl" by: Scott Hildreth

"Baby Girl" by: Scott Hildreth
Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆

Firstly, wow! Secondly, Scott Hildreth has created two main characters that are strong, independent and likeable. Of course Erik Ead being a motorbike riding, tatoo cover, rich, intelligent man was always going to be a winner. Being a psychiatrist is something different to the usual calibre of alpha males. He knows exactly what he wants and goes for it - confident not arrogant. With the character of Kelli, Hildreth had a different type of a challenge and one that he more than met. Kelli is very strong, independent, certainly knows her own mind, is secure in her sexuality and is completely likeable. This book is completely different to any other book I have read in this genre. It takes its time to explore the psychological parts of a dom/sub relationship and spends time exploring the emotiions of the characters and what makes them who they are through their own POV. There are plenty of HOT scenes throughout but they are followed by the characters' reflections on what has happened and how it shapes their emotions and them moving forward. A definite must read!
