A friends to lovers story - just what the doctor ordered.
Jayden and Sutton have been friends and teammates for a long while. Although their friendship has been strained since a very public kiss. When Jayden gets in an accident, Sutton instantly drops everything to fly to Australia to be with him. Both have really been in denial about their feelings for each other by not acting on them but the close shave brings them closer than they have ever been.
Circumstances bring their relationship out in the open sooner than they would like and further than they would like but it forces them to actually confront their feelings for each other are more than friendship. I loved the interactions between the two of them and the way that they look after each other. The complement the other perfectly but have very different personalities.
This was a completely adorable and sweet read. I loved the characters, the location, and the story. It all came together in a positive and enjoyable way.
