"Trust" By: L. Chapman
Rating: ☆☆☆☆

This story is about a young woman named Megan, who lives in England. She accompanies her friend Jenny to London for the weekend to try on dresses for Jenny’s upcoming nuptials. After a busy day of shopping, Megan and Jenny stop at a local pub for a bite to eat. Megan locks eyes with a gorgeous man from across the bar. He approaches her, and Megan finds that she can’t take her eyes off of this hunk of a man, named Mark. Phone numbers are exchanged, and the flirtatious texts and phone calls begin.

Megan is 6-months pregnant, and Mark has absolutely no problem with her condition. They live 400 miles apart, but the romance continues through phone calls, texts, and Mark’s visits. As time goes on, Mark’s devotion for Megan deepens, which scares her. Can he truly love her? Can her accept her child – though not his own? Megan has been burned before … the last time by her baby’s father. Megan keeps Mark at an arm’s length, but really wants to trust him and have him be a part of her life. Mark is finding that the more time he spends with Megan, the more he can’t live without her. “Trust” is the first book in a new series, and will keep you wondering how far Mark will go to get his girl.
