Kade, MMA fighter, trainer and escort, is desperately trying to pay off a debt. He, himself, is haunted and deep in sorrow, which is why Melody chooses him. Two peas in a pod.

This unusual relationship, beauty and the beast in reverse, brings hope, faith and stability in both their lives. It provides them with an opportunity to both feel as they can finally open themselves up and lay their emotions bare, as well as be true to themselves.

These were characters that got under your skin with their tragic and emotional pasts. The writing was very direct but managed to convey the whole of emotions from their roller coaster of a ride. Have your box of tissues ready.
