Friends to lovers time in Seaside! 

Sienna has been in love with her best friend forever but never acted on her feelings for fear of losing her friendship. Kennedy has been in love with Sienna for about the same length of time and hasn't acted on these feelings for the same reason.

Kennedy is fresh from a break-up when she is asked to come back home for her brother's engagement. A break-up that happened because Kennedy's ex-girlfriend couldn't deal with the close friendship she has with Sienna. Kennedy doesn't want to go home single so when Sienna offers to go with her as her fake girlfriend, she takes up the offer. 

Pretending to be together provides them both the opportunity to see what life may look like if they take the next step together. With Kennedy's brother's wedding in the background to provide the romantic settings and an old enemy from high school trying to make Kennedy's life difficult providing the tension, this was just up my street. I really enjoyed all the different parts of the story that came together to produce a sweet and romantic read for these two lovely women.
