REVIEW
Rating: ☆☆☆☆

This is a series I do not pass up. I am ready to pounce on the next instalment, usually because we've been left on a cliffhanger for the last however many months! This is the continuation of Marjorie and Bryce's story and picks up where 'Ravenous' left off...

Bryce continues to struggle to reconcile the father he knew with the monster others knew. It drives him to unravel the mystery of who is trying to punish him and the Steel Brothers.  Equally mysterious is who is trying to protect some of the contingent. All of this is set against the usual Steel family dramas.  Marjorie continues to demonstrate the same inner strength that is synonymous with the Steel name, even though she struggles to see this in herself at times.  They balance each other and help each other be ok with how they feel.

This was another emotional and figurative roller coaster of a ride. It was nail biting, edge of your seat stuff. I did feel that the end of the action fizzled a little and I was left underwhelmed.  That being said, I was happy for the way it ended for Marjorie and Bryce.
