Review of "One Day at a Time" By: Evan Grace

"One Day at a Time" By: Evan Grace
Rating: 4.5*

Flawed and broken sums up Cash and Tessa perfectly.  They have been through the mill but have come out the other end as survivors.

Tessa has been her father's punch bag for so long until she turned 18 and was able to escape with her brother.  Shy and unsure of herself, she slowly makes a life for herself and crosses paths with Cash.

Cash is a fighter.  He has fought his way through drug addiction to run his own successful business.  His life, though, is not doubt free as he is always worried about slipping and carries doubt about his own self-worth.

A fantastic read with characters that get under your skin and keep you on edge throughout.  Completely unpredictable and unexpected.  It was a read that left me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside by its conclusion.
