Review of "The No Asshole Rule" By: Ashley Erin

"The No Asshole Rule" By: Ashley Erin
Rating: ☆☆☆☆

Andie has very little trust in men after the way she has been treated both her father and her ex. When Lucas slams the door on her, she automatically puts him in the same group of a**holes. While she quickly realises that it is not true, trusting him completely takes a lot longer and her insecurities consistently raise their ugly head, making it difficult to move forward.

Andie has kept herself alone, except for her brother and friend, to keep herself safe for so long that she finds interacting with others difficult. With patience from Lucas and careful nurturing, we get to see her confidence grow and Andie start to become comfortable with herself and her surroundings.

Funny at times but more emotional as Andie struggles to put her past behind her. Beautifully written with the right balance of characters and emotions.
