The Angels are back, protecting humans and the earth from Demons, whilst ensuring that their soulmates don't become consumed by evil. These Angels work tirelessly to achieve their goal and finding and protecting their soulmates is their top priority.
Eclipse rescued his soulmate and killed her attacker. Since then he has had to take a backseat and watch over her. Orianna is on a mission to find her missing sister and she won't stop until she finds her. When their paths cross again in a club for vampires, Eclipse knows that he must lay it all out to Orianna.
Whilst this is going on, the soulmate of another Angel is captured by one of Lucifer's minions, vampires come to stay and become connected to the household, Arch-angel Michael wants to change their mission and an attack on them is never far away.
I love the world that Nicole Edwards has created here and, whilst it took me a little time to get myself back into it, once I did get back into it I was completely immersed and didn't want to put it down. This is one of the best series of this kind and one that I can't wait to continue!
