Dakota
has positioned me over his leg as he moves us as one to the words. The gentle
sway back and forth and steady dips have ignited my core. It’s not just the
words being sung, it’s his touch, and the way he’s staring into my eyes. The
song I’ve loved for years is becoming something that is my life. He’s the one
who not only turns me on, but can turn me off in a split second. No one has
ever been able to cause the surge of emotions within me like he has in this
short time. The song ends just as he brings me up to his chest allowing out
foreheads to touch. My heart is beating so hard against my chest that it feels
like it’s going to jump out and into his. I know he hears the fast pace of my
breathing, just as I can hear his.

The house next door to Izzie has been empty for awhile, when movement next door catches her eye. She is very curious who bought the house. When she saw the owner of the house she dropped a bag with wine in it onto the concrete. Dakota just moved in next door to Izzie. Izzie has been hurt a lot in this last year, loosing her father and her fiance all in 24 hours really hurt her. Her friend Kelsey is the one who had to put her back together after Peter split. Kelsey, Leah and Joesph want Izzie to get back ,on the horse and try with Dakota.
Izzie is a teacher and she finally is getting her house set up and painted the way that she wants it to be painted. She is a very stubborn person. Dakota is the new neighbor, he has a secret that only he and his brother David remembers. David is Dakota's brother, he likes to start trouble. Kelsey is Izzie's friend, she is a teacher and she is very protective of Izzie. Leah is Izzie and Kelsey's friend, she isn't a morning person. Has feelings for Joesph. Joesph has feelings for Leah, he became friends with Dakota. Izzie, Kelsey and Leah's go to person. Peter took a job in Houston, Izzie's ex. He is back in town.
This book drew me in from the first page. There were some things that I didn't see coming. I truly loved how well this story is written and how well the characters were developed. I couldn't help but feel connected to the characters.

Bio
A.M. Willard is a true believer of soul mates, and happy ever
afters. She enjoys reading, sailing, and of course writing contemporary romance
with some saucy scenes. Releasing her first novella of the One Night Series on
April 12, 2014 has sent her on a new journey in life. A.M.’s passion for
writing started at a young age, but with the love and support from her husband
of eighteen years pushed her to follow her dreams. Once she hit that first
publish button, she hasn’t looked back.
