This book really hooked me! Chloe is an invisible girl until she runs into the high school popular guy Blake. Chloe wants to be invisible, she lives life for today but won’t let anyone in. Blake can’t understand someone wanting to be invisible.
Chloe has her future mapped out to do nothing but see the road. Blake also has his future mapped but he’s unsure of what path he’s going to take. Nothing was better than watching Chloe and Blake get together and experience the road.
It was a sweet telling that Chloe has already lost her family at a very young age to cancer and she’s feels that she’s living a only until cancer catches up to her. Blake has his family but his house and his experience is empty. Both Chloe and Blake were a unique comparison of opposites that just worked.
This book took Blake and Chloe on the adventure of life. It was fun, it was sad, it was real
