Wow, what an amazing, captivating read.  I am so in love with Lukas right now.  An amazing man with the biggest heart who respects completely those around him.

We meet Ivy on the worst day of her life when she discovers her husband of nineteen years has been cheating on her for a year.  She decides to make some changes in her life like dye her hair and get a tattoo, which she couldn't do with her husband.  This leads her to Lukas and his tattoo shop and the most explosive chemistry ever.  Lukas is a lot younger than Ivy in body but mature in years emotionally.  He is the embodiment of what most women would want in a man wrapped in a hot tattooed body and rock star looks.  There is so much more to him than just good looks as he worships and cherishes Ivy and brings out the Ivy that has been hidden for too long.  

I can not find enough words to sing the praises of this book and the truly wonderful characters.  It was beautifully written and an incredibly emotive read.  Definitely worth more than 5*.

My debut series, Ashes & Embers, follows the lives of rock band members as they find, and sometimes lose, the loves of their lives.

My first novel in the Ashes & Embers series, Storm, was published in September of 2014 and book 2, Vandal, was published in February 2015 with several more of this series planned throughout 2015.

Born and raised a Jersey girl, I now reside in beautiful New Hampshire with my husband and our multitude of furry pets and spend most of my time writing, reading, and vacuuming.
