Join Melanie on her journey as she navigates the highs and lows, the cravings and confusion of love and trying to find meaning in those three empty words.

Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆

Three empty words - words that Melanie has heard time and time again but they have not left her jaded at all.  In fact she is so full of sunshine, love, generosity and kindness that those around her can't help but open themselves up to life and love.

Melanie offers to be a surrogate for her ex-boyfriend and his husband - see, truly amazing woman.  Her medical check-up leads her to Ashe, who happens to be her doctor.  Ashe is divorced after finding his ex-wife taking drugs and in bed with another man.  He is being by his family to take his ex-wife back.  After meeting Melanie he realises that his marriage was empty and Melanie is everything he wants: warm, loving, generous, kind, forgiving, strong, protective and open.  She shows him the possibilities and is an amazing healer of the soul.

This was certainly full of laugh out loud moments as well as sweet and tender ones.  This is a book that I could read again and again as I fell in love with the characters and their journey together.

You can find Genevieve curled up reading paranormal romance and romantic thrillers, or frantically typing her stories on her laptop.

Psychology is her trade by day, teaching and molding the minds of college students. Her interest in psychology can be seen in her books, each including many psychological undertones. Although she loves teaching, her passion, her true love, lies in the stories that roam around in her head. Yes, they all come from her mind-the good, the bad, and the totally insane.

She lives in Massachusetts-no, not Boston-with her husband, daughter, and American Eskimo dog. With each story, she shares, she hopes her love for writing and storytelling seeps through, encompassing the reader and leaving them wanting more.
