Someone once told me never leave the one you love for the one you like…

...you just might get something more out of that relationship than you bargained for.

I should have listened…

I never should have stepped foot on that airplane…

But I did.

Sins come in all shapes and sizes. My biggest sin to date comes in the form of sex, tattoos, and Harleys. Roman Blackhart, owner of Blackhart Custom Motorcycles, is all about living life in the fast lane. Our relationship went from zero to one hundred in the blink of an eye. Only problem is, I have a secret. A secret so deep it’s pulling me in two different directions.

Now we’re 1,400 miles of memories and broken hearts. I just hope it’s not too late to put all the pieces back together again.

Review
Rating: 3.5*

Ok, so I wasn't expecting this at all and I'm still on the fence about this one.  It was definitely an unconventional read.

This starts with Leylah married to Ryan but things are very strained between them as Ryan is rarely around as he is always travelling for work.  The lack of willingness to talk from Ryan, leaves Leylah desperately lonely and leads her to Roman.

Roman is intense, hot and a biker bad boy who appears to give Leylah everything Ryan can't.  Roman has a darkness to him though that could eventually destroy them both.

Whilst I felt sympathy towards Leylah for the way that Ryan treated her, I struggled to get on board with her actions and the way she flip flopped.  I found Ryan arrogant and selfish to start but warmed up to him as the book progressed.  I disliked the secret keeping between Leylah and Roman as a relationship can't be successfully built on dishonesty.

Unconventional and different can sometimes be a good thing.
