Review of "Going The Distance" By: Mila Rossi

"Going The Distance" By: Mila Rossi
Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆

Trent was in a club when he first laid eyes on Sam and knew that he had to have her. When she shot him down, he wasn't happy. Sam went to work after she came back from her vacation and found out that she had to interview The Punisher in order to save the paper that she works for. She wasn't sure how she was going to manage to get him to agree to do the interview with her. She tried to get her boss to give the project to anyone else but he wouldn't as she was the best journalist that he has.

Samantha is a journalist, spent her life with addicts as parents, drives like a maniac. Trent is know as the Punisher, he is a boxer. He is 32 years old and has been boxing since 18. Mr. Alberts is Samantha's boss at the newspaper. Emmanual Berry took Trent in and introduced him to boxing. Romirez is part of the Punishers team, doesn't like that Trent can't keep his head in the game. Susan is Samantha's coworker. Clare is Sam's friend and neighbor.

This is the first book in the No Excuses series. I loved how well this book is well written and how well the characters are developed. I also loved that I found this book very hard to put down and how well I felt very connected to the characters. I look forward to reading more books by Mila Rossi.
