Hottie alert in the form of Luke Colloway! And, although he comes across as confident and a touch arrogant, he feels he is unworthy of finding peace and love. His past is rough and dirty but he has a heart of gold that shines through. He has set his sights on Addy and she doesn't really stand a chance of resisting even if she wanted to. He gets what he wants but Addy resists because she feels she is his second choice.

This was a fantastic read. I loved the banter between Luke and Addy and the fact that they totally get each other. Luke's past holds him back and when the past raises its ugly head, how will he deal? These were characters that got under your skin and your heart goes out completely to Luke as he struggles out of his darkness. Although I have not read any of the others in the series, it didn't impact on my enjoyment but I will be going back to catch-up on the other Colloway brothers. Great read.
