Ali is going through a divorce she was married to her high school sweetheart for 15 years. Kendra told her that she should go on anonymous, she was very skeptical about joining. Ali stopped at a Chinese restaurant and ran into Mark her soon to be ex husband and his girlfriend Candy. Ali has been receiving threats in the mail. She called Ron and told him about the letter. When Ron goes back to the police station and showed the letter to Mark. There is a mystery about who this Joe person is that Ali has been talking to on anonymous.
Ali she doesn't want to have to rely on anybody. She has been hurt. Kendra is Ali's friend and she is married and has two kids. Mark is Ali's soon to be ex husband,he is a cop and he doesn't want to divorce Ali.Ron is Mark's partner, he is divorced and he doesn't want to see Mark end up like he is. He wants things to work out between Ali and Mark.
This is my first book by Dani-Lyn Alexander and it wont be my last. This book had me hooked from the first page. The story is very well written and the characters were very well developed. I really felt like I could connect with the characters.
Dani-Lyn Alexander lives on Long Island with her husband, three kids and three dogs. She loves spending time with her family, at the beach, the playground, or just about anywhere. In her spare time, which is rare, she enjoys reading and shopping—especially in book stores. Some of her favorite things include; Bernese Mountain Dogs, musicals, bubble baths and soft blankets. She’s an incurable insomniac and has an addiction to chocolate.
