This is David and Thea's story. When you are part of a rock band whose albums go triple platinum one after the other, women tend to ask you out. David purposely showed up a Thea's office after her assistant went home, so he could ask Thea out. David got into a bar fight after being called a pussy rock star. Thea had to do damage control, when she called the bar she was told that the owner of the bar was making the guys that started the fight pay for the damages. After David came to the hotel after being in jail Molly told David to write Thea a memo about why the would be perfect together, she also told him to have his arguments ready because Thea would have a rebuttal, she also told him to stay away from white roses because of Thea's ex used to give them to her. When David and Thea saw each other at the press conference, she asked him if he put ice on his eye he said a couple of hours ago but when he was asked about last night he just shrugged. The glare that Thea gave him could have cut steel. Thea went on vacation to her parents house and she doesn't want it be interrupted. While she was their she received her first memo. When she came home from vacation David picked her up at the airport and she agreed to go to his parents house with him the next day. 

David is the drummer for the School Boy Choir, he was the shortest kid in his grade until he was 17. He is very caring, he doesn't want his parents to work all their lives. Set up a trust fund for his younger brothers to be able to go to college. Thea hasn't dated since her ex Eric cheated on her. She is known as the ice queen, she is gorgeous, and she is brilliant at her job. She likes brains and determination. Imani is married to a surgeon, Thea's business partner at the PR firm. David overheard a conversation she was having. Fox is the lead singer of the School Boy Choir, he is David's friend. Noah is David's friend and part of the School Boy Choir. Abe is David's friend and part of the School Boy Choir. 

I was looking forward to reading this story. I loved reading about Thea and David. I loved how when there is hardships between Thea and David they stick together and don't fall apart. I love Nalini's style of writing and I can't wait to read more of her books. I highly recommend that you read this book. I can't wait till the next book!! Nalini you are an amazing author!!
