Brimmed full to the rafters with all the different components to this book but they all came together seamlessly to create a riveting read. Once I started it would not let me go until it had reached its conclusion, with every twist, turn, surprise and secret along the way.
Dean and Milly were in love and happy until Milly had to move suddenly and secretly after the disappearance of her father. Milly married someone else and they had a child together but all was not well in the marriage and her husband leaves her for another woman. Dean is after revenge on Milly for the way she left him and sets up an elaborate scheme but the joke is on him as nothing is as it seems and his feelings for Milly are as strong as ever. Crazy exes, one manipulative mother, a disappearing father and missing millions all come together to create a suspenseful read with plenty of conflict to keep you on your toes.
