Rating: 4.5*

When political opponents fall in love, expect things to be messy.  I really liked that this mirrored the political situation across the globe with the political establishment being turned on its head.

Jude Titan - yes the name is enough to draw you in.  Add in the fact that he is a former Marine and a hero and you will be fanning yourself.  He is standing against Reagan Preston, daughter of the current Senator and who is considered political establishment.  Politics can be a dirty game but Reagan and Jude are determined to run a clean race, well in the political arena anyway.  Behind closed doors all bets are off as they fight their growing attraction.

This book spanned the whole campaign, although at times this made it feel as though it was lacking smoothness as it jerked between meetings.  But I guess this is what campaigning is like: small pockets of time before moving on to the next event.

I found myself hanging on every word as Reagan and Jude try and keep their relationship hidden while having to be opponents to the rest of the world.
