I am always slightly sad when I reach the end of a series, knowing that there will be no more to come from these characters.  I am sad to be saying goodbye to Shane and Emily, who have been through so much but finally getting their HEA.  I have probably spent too much time imagining what comes next once the book has ended.

This picks up exactly where 'Bad Deeds' left off and continues with a series of events that leaves everything Shane has been fighting for on a knife edge.  Even though this is the final installment, Lisa Renee Jones doesn't stop with the twists and turns and the suspense - it just keeps on coming.

There is joy and relief along the way but also tears, sadness and duplicity.  This has been a roller coaster of a series but one I have not wanted to get off.  I can't wait to see what comes out of the mind of Lisa Renee Jones next.
