Callan only went to the funeral for one purpose, he went to show his support for Coralie. Coralie hasn't set foot back in Port Royal for 10 years and the only reason that she set foot back in the town was for her fathers funeral. Coralie had no idea that Callan was going to be there. Coralie forced herself to throw up and she hasn't forced herself in seven years. Being back in Port Royal is really hard on Callan and Coralie. 

Callan is 29 years old, he works for National Geographic, he also takes pictures of models. he is New York and is from Port Royal. Hasn't got over Coralie. Coralie lost her mother at the age of 12, she is from Port Royal, lives in Palos Verdes. She is a painter. She is 29 years old. Rae is Callan's friend with benefits, she is a druggie and hates that Callan doesn't drink or do drugs. Ben is Coralie's boyfriend, lawyer. Friday is Coralie's sometimes Nanny, tough on Coralie and Callan. But she was also generous and kind. 

This book is another amazing book by Callie Hart. I loved how well this book is written and how well the characters are developed. I found this book very hard to put down.
