Well, there you have it. Shelby's in a corset. I simply shake my head, wondering what lies on the ladder-rung below this one. I've been watching her long before I needed to start surveillance, and I saw her step steadily down one tiny notch at a time since I was assigned her case those few months ago. Watching isn't stalking if I'm her assigned guardian angel, right? I shake my head at myself again. Since then, she's gone from sweet and almost virginal to coming to bars like a walking train wreck.

“I want to hear you come,” I command heatedly into her neck. Shelby lets go of the last bit of her self-control, and lets herself moan loudly as her pleasure builds to ultimate release. Her entire body tightens as she climaxes with a loud, near-shout at the heated explosion of every nerve. With no more need for restraint, I ride her heavily until my own climax sounds loudly from deep in my chest. The force is stronger than anything I’ve ever experienced. As we lay near-panting on the bed, I kiss her neck lightly and in total sweetness, because that’s what her body begs for. I’m determined to offer command, but only as her body asks. I cross her wrists over her head and she leaves them there without me having to tell her. Once again I’m astounded by this woman’s intelligence. I offer her every tenderness as I kiss and caress her entire body, refusing to break our moment.

I have been itching for Shelby's story ever since we see start a downward spiral in Mason. What got me and made me really sad for her was that no-one noticed and no-one cared enough to check on her. It is partly this treatment that leads her down a self destructive path to hacking, booze, one night stands and into Dad's life Trouble though is never far away and this is certainly action packed and an edge of your seat read.

Dade get Shelby. He can see straight past the act that she puts on for the world and can see how vulnerable, isolated and lonely she is. More importantly he sees her inner beauty and the strength to come back. This story is not just a fight for their lives but a fight for their hearts.

This was a roller-coaster ride of emotions as well as action. Shelby is at rock bottom and needs to believe in herself to build herself back up. This will not be an easy journey and there will be plenty of downs as well as ups as Shelby stumbles at times. With Dad at her side anything seems possible.

Mother of Two Boys...
My husband and I have been married for 17 years and are blessed with two amazing young men. They are 10 and 12 right now, and both are on very different parts of the autism spectrum. I’ve learned so much being their mom and I feel pretty lucky to have become part of a community of loving, understanding people.

If you’d like to meet my oldest son, watch Big Bang Theory and shake hands with Sheldon. Those two are so similar, straight down to the fake laugh when they recognize something is funny.

My youngest cannot be explained. He’s more of an experience, and a joyful one at that.

Romance Novelist...
I’ve always loved to write. I’ve written for newspapers and magazines, also a host of personal projects. Then in December of 2012 I was reading on my first Kindle, gobbling up romances left and right. That’s when I fell in love with Ethan Blackstone, by the way.

I was inspired to sit down and write. Less than one year later I’ve published three books, written another and its sequel novella, and started on two more. Another series popped into my head, as well. Now as of August of 2014, I’m on the verge of publishing book six, with at least five started or specifically planned.
