Two Princes
by Victoria Danann
Sanctuary Sons MC #1
Genres: Contemporary, Romance
Two brothers, one a player, one a playboy, are on a collision course with destiny and a woman who thought she won a prize when she was allowed a look inside the Sons of Sanctuary MC.
Brigid Roan is a graduate student at the University of Texas. She had no trouble getting her thesis approved, but finding a Hill Country motorcycle club willing to give her access to their lifestyle was looking impossible. Then she got a lead. A friend of a friend had a cousin with family ties to The Sons of Sanctuary.
What Brigid wanted was information to prove a proposition. The last thing she had in mind was falling for one of the members of the club. Especially since she was a feminist academic out to prove that motorcycle clubs are organized according to the same structure as primitive tribal society.
Brash Fornight was standing in line at the H.E.B. Market when his world tipped on its axis. While waiting his turn to check out, his gaze had wandered to the magazine display and settled on the new issue of “NOW”. The image on the cover, although GQ’d up in an insanely urbane way, was… him.
After reading the article, Brash threw some stuff in a duffle and left his only home, a room at The Sons of Sanctuary clubhouse, with a vague explanation about needing a couple of days away. He left his truck at the Austin airport and caught a plane for New York, on a mission to find a mysterious guy walking around with his face.

Three for the price of one…
Holy hotness, I’m glad I don’t have to choose! I went into this story cold, with no idea there was a prequel and then the full story of one of the ‘princes’. The prequel outlines the very beginning of the love story that starts a journey I found had the humourous overtones of the Parent Trap while delivering bikers, billionaires and babes to boot!
Brash Fornight had only known his Dad and the Club all his life. They were his family. Realizing he had more family, close family, another family, was a shock, to say the least. The surprises keep coming as Brigid Bailey enters his life. A university student, Brigid is looking for answers for her thesis; the MC organization was structured similarly to how primitive tribal cultures had been formed. Perhaps not sharing that piece of the paper was a good idea as she started to spend time with this very private group of men. Thrown together, sparks flew quickly and high between Brigid and Brash as proximity has them growing closer and closer. With so many secrets between them, and others, would they be able to finally come clean and be honest about their feelings?
My thoughts about this book are all over the place as so many stories seemed to be happening at once. First, unrequited, second chance and another first love will be found between the two stories given here. Well-written, the stories move quickly from the past to the present as each character becomes a real person with feelings and emotions that you can’t help but share along with them. I laughed, a lot, but also felt the pain of loss and betrayal as choices made with the best of intentions caused so much hurt. Handsome bikers and strong women with stories that will keep you glued to the pages from start to finish, I can’t wait for the billionaires’ story!
