Kink, by Nikki Sex, is the continuation of Paul and Emily’s story from Fate. Although it is a sequel, Nikki gives you enough information about what happens in Fate that you can read and enjoy it without having read the first in the series. Paul and Emily are in love, and about to move in together. When Paul spontaneously proposes to Emily, he is baffled that she says no. What Emily does say yes to is delving more and more into the dom/sub world, and Paul dominates her sexually in every way in the bedroom and everywhere else. Their relationship soon turns to deadly when they realize that someone is trying to kill them. Will Paul and Emily survive to even make it to the altar?
Kink is every bit as good, if not better, than Fate. Paul and Emily continue to grow as a couple, their love for one another evident even if Emily isn’t entirely sure yet about marrying Paul. The beautiful thing about this read is that although the sex is one of the best parts about the book, the plot and characters are every bit as entertaining and intriguing as the sex. Nikki continues to amaze me with her talent for writing both strong story lines and amazing sex scenes. Kink does not disappoint, yet spanks you into submitting to the desire for more and more of Nikki’s work.
