Caleb is getting a second chance at his football career and that should be his focus, especially with a team that doesn't seem to know what it's doing and a quarterback who I am convinced knows less about football than I do. His mantra of football, football, football lasts until he rescues Jodi from the clutches of the slimy quarterback whilst she is on a blind date with him. Not sure why Jodi agreed to cover for her best friend on the blind date but she certainly got the short straw until the save. Jodi is not interested in a relationship for different reasons.

The sparks are definitely there between these two and there is certainly plenty of laugh out loud moments.  Jodi's best friend is a hoot and a half, the football painful to read about but the heat is off the charts. I did really enjoy this book and this will be another must read series by this author.  I loved the combination of romance, sports and comedy - a perfect blend.
