"Today, Tomorrow, Forever" By: K.A. Duggsy
Rating: ☆☆☆☆
A very different read and one that I wasn't expecting. Good things do come in small packages and this book packed a real punch.
Enola is walking a tight rope between her past and wanting to get on with her life when she meets Carey. In Enola we have a character that has been to hell and back. Her emotional struggles feel very real as they seep from the page and you feel with her as she goes on her journey.
Carey is the strong, protective man that is perfect for Enola as she gets her life back on track. His profession gives her a certain amount of security. But the past has a way of catching up with you.
Highly suspenseful, full of angst and emotion. Lots of surprises and only a little predictability. It was a thrill a minute.
